NON-IMMIGRANT O – FOREIGNERS WISHING TO ACCOMPANY SPOUSE OR FAMILY MEMBERS WORKING, STUDYING, OR LIVING IN THAILAND
Document Requirements:
- Passport or travel document with a validity of no less than 6 months
- One copy of passport
- One completed application form
- Two recent passport-sized (4 x 6 cm) photographs taken within the last 6 months
- Evidence of travel to Thailand e.g. plane ticket
- Evidence of financial flow (bank statement) over the past 6 months, with adequate finance of at least 800 USD
- A company or school's guarantee letter addressed to the Royal Thai Embassy in Ankara, stating that the applicant is a spouse or family member of those working or studying in Thailand
- A copy of passport pages of those working or studying in Thailand. The passport pages should include a personal data page and those with Thai visa.
- A copy of Thai Work Permit or Student I.D. of the spouse/family in Thailand
- A copy of marriage certificate (For spouse)
- A copy of birth certificate (For parents/children)
- The Embassy officers reserve the right to request additional documents
***All applicants residing in the Republic of Azerbaijan, Georgia, North Macedonia, and Turkmenistan and wishing to pay the visa application fee via international wired transfer, must attach the original copy of the consular service payment via bank transfer to other required documents and submit to the Embassy.
