NON-IMMIGRANT B -- FOREIGNERS WHO WISH TO CONDUCT BUSINESS IN THAILAND / HAVE INVESTED IN CONDOMINIUM IN THAILAND* / HAVE MADE A BANK TRANSFER FROM ABORD* / HAVE INVESTED IN THAI GOVERNMENT BOND*

 Document Requirements

1. Passport or travel document with a validity of no less than 6 months
2. One passport copy
3. One Completed application form
4. Two Recent passport-sized (4 x 6 cm) photographs of the applicant taken within the past 6 months
5. Curriculum Vitae (CV) showing working experience and evidence showing the applicant’s education level
6. Evidence of adequate finance, showing a deposit of the amount not less than 500,000 Baht, and the said amount must be fixed to the account during the last six months
7. Documents required for an applicant wishing to conduct business in Thailand:

        Documents from the applicant’s employing company:

        (1) Letter from the applicant’s company indicating the applicant’s position, length of employment, salary, the purpose of visit to Thailand, and length of stay in Thailand

        (2) Business registration and business license

        (3) List of shareholders

        Documents from companies in Thailand:

        (1) Letter of invitation from the company in Thailand

        (2) Business registration and business license with the proof that the company has a minimum registered capital that is not less than 2,000,000 Baht

        (3) List of shareholders

        (4) The exact location of the company indicated on the map of Thailand     

    8. Documents required for an applicant who has invested in a condominium, made a bank transfer from abroad, or invested in Thai government bond

         (1) Evidence of condominium ownership with the value of no less than 3,000,000 Baht; or

          (2) Evidence of a bank transfer in the amount of no less than 3,000,000 Baht from abroad to a Thai bank account and a copy of bank book of Thai bank account; or

           (3) A copy of the Thai government bond in the amount of no less than 3,000,000 Baht

   9. Additional documents may be requested as and when necessary

Remarks:

1. The applicant may apply for an extension of stay at the Office of the Immigration Bureau and may be granted such extension for a period of one year from the date of first entry into Thailand.
2. The applicant must endorse every page of the submitted copies of the documents. 
3. Copies of company documents must be signed by the Board of Directors or authorised managing director and the affixed seal of company documents in foreign languages must be translated into Thai and should be notarised by notary public or by the applicant’s diplomatic or consular mission
