Guide to Consular Services during the outbreak of COVID-19

As per the Embassy’s Announcement dated 9 June 2020 informing of the operating hours of the Consular Section during the outbreak of COVID-19, the Embassy wishes to further inform on the guide to Consular Services and related precautionary measures to be undertaken during the outbreak of COVID-19 as follows:

1. Consular Section’s operating hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10.00 – 15.00 hrs. by appointment only. Applicant must receive confirmation on date and time before coming to the Embassy. The appointment can be made via (+90) 312 437 43 18 ext. 137
2. For legalization services, appointment is also required. Documents can be submitted in the morning and collected in the afternoon on the same day.
3. Applicant is requested to have their body temperature taken before entering the premises of the Embassy.
4. All applicants are requested to wear mask before entering the premises of the Embassy and please keep social distancing at all time.
