• Workcation (digital nomad/remote worker/foreign talent/freelancer)
• Thai soft power related activities (e.g. Muaythai, Thai culinary training and medical treatment)
• Spouse and children (under 20 years old) of those abovementioned

Required Documents

1. Application form
2. Passport or travel document
3. Photograph
4. Document indicating current location of the applicant
5. For specific purposes of travel
   1. Workcation: Employment contract or employment certificate in their country or professional portfolio showcasing digital nomad, remote worker, foreign talent or freelancer status
   2. Thai soft power: Proof of confirmation to attend the activity or letter ofappointment from hospital/medical center
   3. Spouse: Proof of relationship to the DTV visa holder, e.g. a copy of marriage certificate / birth certificate /certificate of adoption

Validity:     5 years with multiple entries

Duration of Stay:     180 days per entry 

Visa Fee:     400 USD

Extension of Stay    

One shall proceed the visa extension through the Thai Immigration Bureau. 1-time for a period not exceeding 180 days per entry.  After the maximum stay of 180 days + 180 days needs to depart the country and re-enter Thailand with  the same DTV visa within the visa validity date
