On 9 September 2026, H.E. Mr. Chaturont Chaiyakam, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Türkiye, accompanied by his spouse, diplomats, and Embassy staff, participated in a wreath-laying ceremony at Anıtkabir to pay respects to Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, founder and first President of the Republic of Türkiye.

On this occasion, the Ambassador signed the Official Guest Book, and the delegation visited the Atatürk and War of Independence Museum at Anıtkabir.
