Document Requirements:

1. Passport or travel document with a validity of no less than 6 months
2. One copy of passport
3. One completed application form
4. Two recent passport-sized (4 x 6 cm) photographs taken within the last 6 months
5. Evidence of travel to Thailand e.g. plane ticket. For Multiple Entry, a roundtrip ticket at least the first  entry to Thailand
6. Evidence of accommodation reservation covering the entire stay period in Thailand. For Multiple Entry, accommodation reservation covering at least the duration of the first trip to Thailand
7. Evidence of financial flow (bank statement) during the last 6 months, with adequate finance of at least 800 USD. For a family wishing to visit Thailand, evidence of financial flow (bank statement) during the last 6 months, with adequate finance of at least 1,600 USD
8. For Multiple Entry Tourist Visa: evidence of financial flow (bank statement) during the last 6 months, with a minimum balance of 5,700 USD
9. For Multiple Entry Tourist Visa, an employment letter
10. A copy of residence permit in Turkey (if any)
11. Additional documents may be requested when deemed necessary
