Document Requirements:

1. Passport or travel document with a validity of no less than 6 months
2. Three copies of passport
3. Three copies of completed application form
4. Three passport-sized (4 x 6 cm) photographs taken within the last 6 months
5. Three copies of evidence of travel to Thailand e.g. plane ticket

          ***IMPORTANT NOTE: In case your visa application is approved later than your flight schedule, please bring your latest flight schedule when you come to pick up the visa.

10. For Multiple Entry Tourist Visa: three copies of a roundtrip ticket at least for the first  entry to Thailand
11. Three copies of accommodation reservation for the entire stay period in Thailand. 
12. For Multiple Entry Tourist Visa: three copies of accommodation reservation at least for the entire stay period of the first entry to Thailand
13. Three copies of evidence of financial flow (bank statement) during the last 6 months, with adequate finance of at least 800 USD
14. For Multiple Entry Tourist Visa: three copies of financial flow (bank statement) during the last 6 months, with a minimum balance of 5,700 USD
15. Three copies of residence permit in Turkey (if any)
16. Three copies of previous visas issued by Thailand and other countries (if any)
17. Three copies of employment letter
18. Additional documents may be requested when deemed necessary

REMARK:
1. The applicant must endorse every page of the submitted documents.
