Procedures and Document Requirements

For Thailand Privilege Cardholder, please contact Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. (Thailand Elite) directly to request authorization to enter Thailand. At present, the Royal Thai Embassy cannot issue a visa for Elite cardholders without authorization from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand. The procedures and documents required are as the following: 

1. The applicant who does not has a valid visa but has been approved to enter Thailand must submit the following documents:

• Passport
• Completed visa application form
• Recent passport-sized photograph (4 x 6 cm) photograph of the applicant taken within the past 6 months
• Letter from Thailand Privilege Card Co.ltd.,
