On 12 January 2014, NTV News Website revealed that a poll result that Turkish tourists are most satisfied with their trip to Thailand among all trips abroad.

The poll was conducted by the Pronto Tour, a leading tour operator in Turkey, on its 80,000 clients travelling abroad. Thailand is on the top of the most satisfactory list. The reasons behind this poll are Thai hospitality and its massage service, as voted by 98% of the respondents.

The Pronto Tour also indicated that a supporting factor that makes Thailand a favourite destination among the Turkish tourists are growing spa and massage services that are increasingly popular in Turkey.
