On 6 March 2014 Mr. Suphat Sritanatorn, President of C.P. Standart Gida San ve Tic. A.Ş. (Turkey), and executives of the Company paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Tharit Charungvat, Ambassador of Thailand, at the Royal Thai Embassy.

H.E. the Ambassador welcomed the delegation and expressed his appreciation for C.P. Standart’s cooperation given to the Royal Thai Embassy all along. Ambassador Charungvat stressed that C.P. Standart, as a successful Thai investor in Turkey, can also help raise the profile of Thailand in Turkey and set a good example for other potential companies in Thailand to come to invest in Turkey. He is very much confident that Turkey’s economy will grow further and rapidly, coupled with its location which is in the region of future potential economic growth, there will be a growing demand of consumer goods of which Thai industries are strong.

Established in 1986, C.P. Standart is now hiring 3,400 local employees and has factories and offices in 6 cities, i.e. Adana, Ankara, Bursa, Erzurum, Istanbul and Izmir.
