Entry Request for Non-Thai National holding a Work Permit

It is requested that the foreign national with a valid work permit must obtain a Certificate of Entry (COE) before entering the country.

Applicants who wish to apply for COE, kindly proceed the following

  1. Required Documents

1.1 Visa application (if the applicant does not have a valid visa)

1.2 A completed Declaration Form (Download here)

                      1.3 A copy of work permit

                      1.4 A health insurance policy covering treatment and medical expenses related to COVID-19 with a minimum coverage of USD 100,000.- (US Dollars one hundred 
                            thousand) or a letter from the applicant’s company confirming to take financial responsibility for the applicant’s treatment for COVID-19 in Thailand

                      1.5* A fit-to-fly certificate issued no more than 72 hrs. before the departure

                      1.6 *Document showing reservation for Alternative State Quarantine  (ASQ) facility for a period of 14 days from the date of the arrival at his/her own expense.

  1.  All document is required to be submitted in PDF format to [email protected] or by local courier to

  1.  Applicant may submit document No. 1.5 and No. 1.6 upon the approval and collection of COE
  1. Please be informed that the COE processing time may vary and it is recommended that applicant submits all required documents at least 14 days prior to the intended date of departure
